Whether you struggle to perform circuits properly in the public gym or simply want less distractions, our private studio gives you the environment to help you be successful in your wellness and fitness goals.

    Inspiration & Education: Long story short, I lost 25% of my body weight over 16 years ago. What started as a weight loss journey quickly became a health related journey. Quite simply, I was self-inspired to help others. I then enrolled in Exercise Science at California University of PA. Over the next 5 years I completed my B.S. in Wellness & Fitness, my M.S. in Performance & Injury Prevention, and a Post-Baccalaureate in Rehabilitative Services.

    Profession: I am currently the acting Wellness Director at the Penns Valley YMCA. I carry over 13 years experience with a wide variety of clientele. I have worked with acute and chronic disease affected clients (Parkinsons, Lyme, MS, and more), championship level high school strength & conditioning, professional level athletes, pre & post joint replacements, and more.
